Adobe suite for ecommerce

hi there,

i have a basic knowledge of the adobe creative suite and i can build decent web pages (although i am not a professional)but lately i have been asked to build a webpage for a newly opened company(ecommerce)...would Dreamweaver ,PS etc etc be enough to do it or do i need to learn things like PHP,ASP etc etc ....
